As always this place is a hit. This is our first time visiting their new location and absolutely loved it. We tried several things: we had the veggie burger, ravioli, sushi, chicken sandwich, and nacho Libre and everything was absolutely spot on. We love that it is a family owned business— the service reflects the love the family has for providing Vegan food that’s out of the ordinary delicious and sustainably handled Read less

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD. My mom has a lot of health restrictions and this was the perfect place. It provides a ton of vegan food with gluten free options as well and they are absolutely delicious. It's like a quiet little Starbucks with delicious food. The location is amazing too very close to the Wynwood Walls museum which is also amazing. The service was fast and we had an amazing time here. We ordered door dash from them again the next day🤣. Our highlights were the sushi pizza, crispy tofu rolls, and the kale salad. All are completely vegan with gluten free options. The avocado is so fresh and so good and the plating and food quality makes it seem like a Michelin star restaurant. Read less

I visited this place again last year at their new location, and while the food and service were slightly better, there’s still room for improvement. We ordered the Dalicious Bowl and love life salad. The salad was fresh but could have used more flavor. The Delicious Bowl was underwhelming—missing the pico de gallo that’s listed. Instead, it had plain tomatoes, which is not the same. The curry sauce was just a small drizzle, overpowered by too much quinoa, and the flavors felt confused—trying to be Indian with curry, yet Mexican with guacamole and pico de gallo. It lacked balance, with too much grain and not enough fresh salad. Also, Churrasco bowl is marked gluten-free on the menu, but it actually isn’t. That’s an important detail for those with dietary restrictions. The Tiramisu was delicious. Thumbs up on the dessert. When I mentioned this, I was told the restaurant is now focusing more on protein, healthy vegetables, and salads. That’s great in theory, but I’d recommend watching The Game Changers for inspiration on how to make plant-based meals both nutritious and full of flavor. Read less

While spending a week in Miami with a rental bike, I decided to cycle over to the Love Life Cafe for a plant-based meal. Located in the Wynwood district down a quiet, easily accessible foot street, the cafe boasts a spacious and well-lit interior: immensely high ceilings, extensive dining area, and options to sit at tables or at the bar. Although there was seating outside and it was another beautiful day in “The Magic City,” I decided to dine inside, having just worked up a sweat riding up from the Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden (another must see). Soon after stowing my bike in a sequestered corner and taking a stool at the bar, a friendly staff member came over within minutes, answered my questions, and took my order. I helped myself to a soda water from a nearby cooler and sat down to enjoy the view through the front wall, largely made up of glass windows and doors. My Curry Lentil Soup arrived quickly—it was a delightfully spicy melange of lentils, carrots, coconut, and sweet potato, and surprisingly refreshing on that hot afternoon. I was on my last spoonful when my Voted “Best Veggie Burger in America” (that’s what it’s called on the menu—it seems it won an award, but I couldn’t find anything online) arrived. The house-made patty, which sat on a bed of what turned out to be extremely fresh and vibrant green kale and pickle slices, was prodigiously thick and, unlike other veggie burgers I’ve had, moist and spicy. A light, orange sauce added to the flavor. The only thing I think could be improved was the bun; although it was tasty, it became moist and compressed with each bite, like Wonder Bread. A whole grain flour might help. The roasted sweet potatoes were also flavorful and refreshingly free of oil. I finished my meal with a mocha smoothie, which was filled past the brim of the glass and was the perfect finale to this comestible composition! Great ambiance, expert service, and quality plant-based fare at a reasonable price. Read less
