Super quick service. Everything is very fresh! Had their harvest salad, it was perfect! We need more places like this!

Stopped by for lunch in my travels. I rarely get to go to Nalley Fresh but when I do, I’m never disappointed…Knock on wood. As you can tell…The salad didn’t stand a chance. Extremely disappointed in the recent changes at this location. Management has started charging extra for proteins that were previously included, and to make matters worse, staff have been instructed to give noticeably smaller portions of everything—not just the protein you’re now paying more for. It’s clear these decisions are profit-driven and not in the interest of customer satisfaction. Sad to see a once-reliable spot adopt such greedy and dishonest business practices. Read less

I guess time for me to go to different Nalley Fresh or different place. The employee just said that there is a limit on the toppings. It is a news to me after coming here over 10 years
