This place has a simple concept: you can either choose a premade entree option or create your own. I usually prefer to create my own, even though I enjoy the Vegan of the Sea option. However, there are several ingredients in that dish that I don’t like. When I tried to substitute them, a tall woman who works there informed me that I could only make two substitutions at most. The other staff members, a short lady and a man, are more accommodating, but she tends to be strict about the substitutions. My total usually ends up being about $6 more than the Vegan of the Sea. For instance, cream cheese, mango, and avocado each cost an extra $0.75, while adding extra vegan chicken is $3. They also have many great sauce options. The smoothies are really good as well, and the staff members are nice. The interior is clean and inviting. I highly recommend this place to everyone; it’s a healthy choice! Read less

Me and my wife found this place and ate here three times, the first two times were awesome, no complaints what so ever. Food tasted fresh with no issues. Now on the 3rd time I had ordered the same thing I had the first two times. Chicken poke bowl. Within 30 minutes I had needed to go to the bathroom instantly. I had some extreme food poisoning that went on for 6 days straight. I was hospitalized. My body felt like it was shutting down, it was scary I was thinking the absolute worst. Thank God I’m finally starting to feel better a week later. Please be careful with this place i have never experienced food poison ever like this. The staff needs to do better with how this food is stored and kept while surving it, they can kill some one. I can attest for that…. I’m curious to see how long the chicken has been out on display with out being served like that or how old it is to begin with.. Read less

Goodness I loveeeee this place, both for the poké bowls and the smooth Boba tea. The taro, classic brown sugar, and strawberry milk teas are all lovely. Great portion sizes too so it's worth the price IMO. I feel like if they sold sushi it'd be amazing too. Honestly haven't been there in a moment but I crave it everytime I go to the mall 😋. Vegetarian options are great! Really love the chicken gone wild and the even the vegan of the sea bowl. Have yet to try the bowls with raw tuna or salmon but maybe soon? Read less

I LOVE Natural Kitchen, such a hidden gem!! They have the best brown sugar boba and I’m obsessed. (I would normally have photos but it’s usually half gone by the time I get to the car😅) Not only do they have a good sized drink menu but their food smells amazing every time you walk in. I have yet to try a poke bowl just because of timing with meals but next time! Read less
