The fries were even excellent seasoned to perfection. You gotta pay the price to eat well in Miami and definitely it was worth my time and money Definitely will be back. I truly have no words for this spot. As someone who is deeply passionate about my veganism, I wouldn’t suggest any other restaurant in Miami over this, honestly, beyond Miami as well. The food is fantastic, and there is so much love and intention behind every single item and flavor. I spent some time talking to Alex who owns the spot and he was wonderful. I was able to learn about their history about how the recipes come from the family, about how passionate they truly are about veganism as a lifestyle. This is about community and love, and the way they support and advocate for animals and the movement is something I’ve never seen before in a vegan spot. This is a restaurant that I am proud to take people to. It is rare to find a restaurant that not only tastes good, but has this much love infused into every single element, details you might not even think about.
