"On July 21, 2024, my family and I eagerly anticipated the Lamb Mandi at this restaurant. However, our excitement quickly turned to dismay. The dish that arrived bore no resemblance to Mandi. The lamb, instead of being succulent and flavorful, tasted like bland, water-boiled meat atop a bed of lackluster yellow rice. It was a culinary disappointment of epic proportions. When I voiced my dissatisfaction to the server, all I told is I can give you cash $25 refund; which I refused to take. But this wasn't about money; it was about integrity. How can a restaurant claim to serve a specific cuisine and then deliver something entirely different? The server called owner and had him speak to me, but owner's dismissive response--insisting that their version was indeed Mandi--only added insult to injury. I suspect this place survives on customers who haven't yet discovered the truth. Save your money and precious time; avoid this establishment at all costs." Read less

No No! Half way through the meal, my husband pulled out a hair strand from the falafel. We reported to the cashier/cook. Instead of trying to address the situation he asked my husband if that was his hair. We told him that the hair was in the falafel and he started explaining that he covers his hair and his hands are clean while cooking. Now, may be he's the only cook there based on how defensive he got, but at least acknowledge and understand the situation so other customers don't have to go through the same. We decided not to argue further so my husband put that specific piece of falafel aside and ate the rest. Then 80% through my meal I found a lash hair buried into the pile of rice. Assuming the cashier was going to blame me, based on previous experience we didn't report. Obviously we couldn't eat after that. We went to this place because of their raving reviews, but their food was decent too. Falafels were ok, lmab kabob was smelly, side salad and roasted tomatoes were not fresh. Quantity for $20 lamb plate and even falafel plate was not impressive. Read less

Pita spot is the spot!! It’s an authentic family owned restaurant, you can’t get better than that! The food does not disappoint! My boyfriend and I have been here several times, and there’s nothing on the menu that’s sub par. The baklava is especially good ( they offer several different varieties in several different sizes) We enjoy bringing people here for the first time, and it’s a must go if you’re a local! The owner is kind and gracious 😊 Read less
