The food was good overall. The lemonade was too sweet for my taste, I wish it was homemade. The waffles were solid, an 8/10, and the French fries were amazing. The scrambled eggs with mozzarella cheese were enjoyable. Service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant itself is beautiful, making for a great dining experience. I can’t recall the lady and gentleman that served, but both were great. Read less

Red Lentil is far and away my favorite restaurant in all of the Boston area. I have come here alone, with friends, and on dates. I have come with vegans and omnivores alike and every mouth has left satisfied. I have tried lunch and dinner selections, but it is my most recent two brunch trips that prompt me to write this review. The Breakfast Bandito, Eggs Benedict, and all of the other selections are top notch for any brunch aficionados. Only hitch is finding a second stomach to fit in all of the choices—and the desserts! :) Come often, leave happy. Read less

the food is creative and artfully prepared. some items were a bit bland/not well balanced. the shepherd’s pie seemed highly recommended but it had way too much mashed potatoes and mashed squash with not nearly enough of the “meat” crumble. overall too sweet and mushy. however the french fries and the oyster mushroom calamari were delicious.
