I ordered thru the app. My order was ready within 5 minutes and I picked up in the Togo area. Plastic ware and napkins are located near the door. You need a code for the door to use the restroom. I have lunch at Sweetgreens twice a week, weekly for the last 6 months but today is the 4th time I’ve had food poisoning symptoms. I guess these aren’t bad stats considering this is raw food, but today I am really sick and have had nothing to eat but Sweetgreens. The staff is great here but I wonder if everything is being done to prevent food borne illness. I’m not writing this to hurt your business but help you — I want to keep coming back. Read less

The food is ok but I found this bug climbing from the bottom of the bowl while I was eating the salad. Food safety and preparing is a concern.
