My fiance loves sweegreen so we end up ordering here somewhat often. The last 3 times I have ordered I have been disappointed. Last time I got uncooked quinoa which resembled sand and small rocks in both texture and taste. This time I ordered a shroomami, because I enjoy the taste and it's genuinely flavorful. I get ready to eat my salad and I have to do a double take to locate the mushrooms, or lack thereof, in my salad. Horrible experience DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. I found BUGS in my salad. I went back immediately and told the manager and showed them. I had advised that they would change out the kale and romaine lettuce. They ignored and continue to serve customers. I reached out to there customer support team absolutely no help!!!! I have gotten sweetgreen many times before and we stopped at this location for the first time before a Red Sox game. I was really impressed by the customer service - Kamal had a great attitude, was super friendly and even greeted some regulars by name. He made sure to ask questions so that my salad was exactly how I wanted it. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. Read less
