Had the pleasure to be serviced by AB or AP?Either way she was professional, diligent, just amazing! She is what the service industry is all about! Love love coming to this location. Drive 40 minutes just to be serviced by this branch. I have been to 5 other locals in and around Chicago and none of them have been able to get it right like this one right here! Highly recommend!! I was so upset as we went in at 9:20 PM (they close at 10 PM). I did notice the 2 staff preparing to clean when we walked and it was very quite inside (as of they wanted no one to enter). The the girl that was assisting us talked as if she was in rush taking our order. When we went to pay she asked if we wanted I side of bread and I told her yes. I did not realize when we left that she threw in one tiny piece in my salad. I thought this was absolutely rude and ridiculous. I understand the salad isn’t an extra charge but the fact that a sale is $16+ each and to get a butt of a bread thrown in my salad that isn’t even easy to bite into was insane. I will never be returning to this sweet green. Read less
