I was very excited to try sweetgreen for my first time but i am disappointed. I’ve ordered the harvest bowl with chicken in it and which it clearly stated that chicken was added but there was NO chicken at all. All there was are shredded kale, few pieces of apple and sweet potato and a scoop of cheese. Read less

The food is high quality and the staff were very helpful. I don't think the food is my cup of tea but if you want a clean, healthy lunch this is a solid option. The ripple fries were tasty too

Got a chance to try Sweetgreen, and I enjoyed it a lot. I ordered a Caesar Salad and added avocados to it (great choice). The store was pretty clean and modern, which was nice to sit in and eat my salad. Ingredients were fresh and generous in portion (they give you the quality and quantity in return for the money you pay). The cheese and dressing were great. Staff was also relatively nice. I went to pickup an order today and was pretty unsatisfied with my experience. This was my first time trying this place out. I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately and decided to try the caramelized steak bowl but was left with a bowl that was only 75% full. There were like ten cubes of meat which was really disappointing. I paid almost $20 for this meal and I’m still very hungry after finishing this bowl. Photo has been attached for reference. Stopped in yesterday even though my previous experience was rough I decided to try again. The restaurant was definitely understaffed but I had the pleasure of interacting with Tony who was fantastic. He recommended the new Korean bowl which was spectacular and I loved it. Also omg the bread was warm and soo good. Tony was so kind and personable and definitely made the experience better but it was obvious the poor guy was exhausted and needed help. Please hire more people. I love this place and I’d love for it to stay. Read less
