The line is absolutely atrocious. Weekday lunch rush consists of every finance and tech bro in downtown Manhattan trying their damnedest to order a $17 to seem "healthy". Waited an hour for my order which should've taken 20 minutes to complete. I don't blame the staff though, way too much demand and simply too many orders coming in to keep up. The salads are surprisingly good. I'm just gonna stick to my wraps and sandwiches from now on. Salads ain't ever keeping me full either, that's just how it is. Y'all be easy, and stay safe out here in these streets. Read less

Wanted to grab a quick lunch and this location was close by. The line for ordering and for pick-up were quite long. Regardless we decided to wait. I don’t blame the staff for the long wait times, just super high demand and a lot to keep up with. While checking out I did get double charged for my meal which I did not catch until after I tapped my card. They were sweet and easily gave me a refund right away. My food was delicious and I understand why everyone wants to order from here. Please give grace to these workers - they are trying their best to keep up with the high demand. I mean they are quite literally by the 9/11 memorial & museum, One World Trade, and the Oculus. Read less
