Very hit or miss experience depending on who makes your food. I come here often, but today the bowl I ordered was less than half full. I called it out by asking the employee making my bowl if that was all that was supposed to be in it. He seemed to shrug off my question and proceeded to ring me up. These meals are far too expensive for me to get such inconsistent service. Sweetgreen, do better. Read less

I really enjoy harvest bowls as a convenient healthy meal, but this location has consistently messed up my order 70% of the time the past few weeks when ordering on the app. I checked my food today before I left and there was no kale in my salad and no dressing. I'm hoping that ordering in person will fix the issue, but just a heads up to anyone who uses the app to check your food before you walk out. Read less
