I NEVER write reviews but this is just ridiculous. I was standing at the register to order and one of the workers saw me multiple times then continued to ignore me. On top of that, they forgot the chicken in my chicken salad. The store had maybe two other customers besides me. Unacceptable and such a waste of money. Save yourself the energy and don’t go to this location. Read less

Massive portions. Everything was really good. Great service. Fast. Music was excellent too.

Sweetgreen is usually my favorite place for lunch, but this location was my disappointment. I ordered Caesar salad and rice bowl to go , and I got salad with no dressing( I know how it supposed to be) , romaine that is not good to consume anymore, in the crispy rice bowl they said they didn’t have arugula at all, carrots were not washed . I usually order on Chambers Street and always had amazing salads! Read less

I decided to come this location on 6/11/24 for the 1st time after hearing so many good reviews about this place from my fellow peers. I went by to pick up my order and a coworkers order. Mine stated complete much sooner than anticipated which was great. Until, my coworker who place her order 5 min before me at 12:14pm wasn’t ready until 12:41pm… It had been sitting on a table on the end of the preparation assembly line the whole time. Another lady waiting approximately just as long as I, maybe even a little more as she stated very loudly waiting 35 min at 12:35pm was completely fed up with the lack of communication and organization from the establishment. Someone behind the scenes bickered back at her, the tensions were very high, and uncomfortable. Only one worker there seemed to be apologetic in attempts of calming her down. The other two women I can’t say the same for. The number of employees working there definitely didn’t seem to be the issue, maybe more so the full organized system of assembly was missing. I didn’t complain to the staff while I was there as they seemed overwhelmed already. At the end only to discover our orders were also done incorrectly… I’m super disappointed this was my 1st experience. I hope their management is able to resolve this issue effectively before it gets worst. Read less
