Unless you watch over their every move this place makes constant mistakes and does not handle your order with care. Just because you are located in a busy work area does not mean you can provide salads with minimal quality and care! For the price each order should be carefully made and you should listen to your customers. This place is all about 100% speed and 10% quality. If you pre-order it's even worse and they wont even bother to mix it. Read less

Had a great experience here eating the Shroomami bowl. I also tried the berry ice tea and the lemonade. Both are nice with minimal additives. Don't expect it to be too sweet (I personally like that it isn't sweet). Staff was super polite and chatty. Seating is in another area that has a lot of stairs to climb down. If you are old or disabled you may have a difficult time reaching the tables. The lighting there is super poor, and it seems very dull. Read less

I wanted to see what all the hype was about sweet greens and I believe their claim to fame is that it’s from the farm to table but trying to get something around lunch hour at 30 Rockefeller Plaza is absolutely hell but luckily on the Saturday night they’re open late to 10 PM and when I read the menu, it actually looked appetizing as I am a carnivore and I got a salad that had chicken, maple brussels sprouts and wild rice and got a kale Caesar salad for my girlfriend and it was delicious. I couldn't tell from what, but it was so crunch bad, I barely ate half of it. A mouth full of sandy dirt cause it was mixed, it seems. That's not even sanitary. YUCK! I got a cucumber kimchi crunch salad + tofu. I asked for regular cucumbers instead of the crispy onions and they were not fresh at all (tasted bad) so I took them out. The tofu was bland and overcooked. The spicy 🥦 + cucumber kimchi + pickled cabbage were ok. And then again, how can you go wrong with fermented/pickled veggies? I asked for miso dressing instead of apple kimchi sauce + k bbq glaze which were just way too much flavor wise. The staff was nice but that alone cannot make up for a mediocre salad. Better quality control is needed (fresh ingredients) + more balanced flavors. And Honestly, not a good value for 16.44. Will not be back sadly. There are better places in NYC to get a decent salad.
