From the moment we walked in, we received such a warm welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we were immediately served a tasting of hot tea with ginger and cinnamon—such a nice touch! The experience was fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious. Authentic Druze cuisine, full of rich flavors and made with care. Every dish was fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a unique and heartwarming meal! Read less

Wow!! The burekas are so fresh and light! ❤️ Perfect breakfast alternative to bagels during our NYC visit from Texas. And such a friendly, big smile makes it even better. We'll return to bring more to Dallas. So glad we saw the great news story about this place. Edit: When looking at prices, know that Taboonia is the only cafe in the USA that does not ask for a tip. We had to insist on giving one. We returned to get the hummus pita, the dessert pita, and the hot cinnamon drink. Wow again. All of the quality is so good and fresh! The only challenge is that we followed Raif's instructions to eat the dessert pita while warm so now we have no more. We will need to return to NYC for it. Read less

First time trying Druze food and it was so good! I tried Pita - Labaneh/Tabule/Feta/Hot Sauce. They all come together in a recently made fresh hot pita, which is also covered in some spices and sesame, delicious! The mix is really tasty but I couldn’t feel any hot sauce in there. Anyways the staff is very friendly and welcoming, prices are reasonable given that the portions are pretty big. Definitely recommended. Read less
