We had the pad kra pao with crispy pork and the crab Rangoon (wonton). The wontons seemed a little undercooked, I wouldn’t have them again. The pad kra pao flavor was good, flavor was on point and the spice was really nice. The crispy pork was not so crispy so that was a little disappointing. Overall, not bad. This is a nice clean restaurant. The server/host was very polite and helpful. I ordered Tom Yum Chicken soup and Chicken Pad Thai as I usually do during the first visit. The presentation was nice. The soup was also very nice, served piping hot, and chock full of chicken. Pad Thai was a large portion with an adequate amount of chicken. I asked for medium spicy, and it was delivered perfectly. The flavor was not to my taste, but I'm not going to criticize because some like this version. I'll possibly visit again . But I'll order the soup and something else. I appreciate the portable credit card machine brought to the table. I never like handing my credit card to a stranger who walks away to some desk somewhere. 4 Stars is appropriate. Read less

🌟 Hidden gem alert! Found Thai 101 in SLC right near my hotel—and wow, what a treat! Spotless, inviting atmosphere with chill international tunes setting the vibe. I wasn’t super hungry, so I went for apps—and they delivered. The Thai dumplings came swimming in a zingy (not spicy!) sauce that woke up my taste buds just right. Coconut shrimp? Light, crisp, and not greasy—chef's kiss. Bonus: they brought out a fresh salad before I even ordered. Service? Sweet as Thai tea. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area! Read less
