Carmen and Mrs Alicia are the absolute best… the White beans were the bomb 💣 (yes I went there!!) If you have not been to this spot, you should definitely prioritize the EARTHLY ELEPHANT!! The southwest white beans with mushroom and kale and the Earth bowl were wonderful… So good in fact, I came back a few days later to make sure I got the vegan gumbo ,several different types of mushrooms and other goodness, a savory ode to a Louisiana favorite. Beautiful space is full of life with lots of plants and a nice outdoor seating area. Open for the last eight months they’re gaining traction and you better get in here before the lines are out the door. Your place for fresh juices, great food, and all vegan options. What can I say, except that Alicia and Carmen are the best! I have always wanted to try vegan food, and decided to visit, based on the views I read. Anyone who knows me, knows that I take reviews seriously! The coconut chickpea curry is my favorite. Another favorite of mine is the Cafe Vitality smoothie. Last week, I also tried the vegan corn muffins, which was a pleasant treat, might I say! This is a journey for me, as I want to focus on eating healthier. Please check out The Earthly Elephant!
