I love going to Vitality Bowls. The staff are all super polite and helpful. The atmosphere is great, especially the covered outdoor patio. The only thing I wish is that they had more than two cushy chairs and/or couches. When we were there, one of the workers and the manager (?) were having a meeting in the only small area with couches the entire time we were there, so we had to sit at a small table. The food is great - lots of healthy options. Somehow the food feels decadent and healthy at the same time. Definitely check this place out! Read less

Stumbled upon this gem recently and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the menu options and offering recommendations. I opted for the chimichurri steak wrap, and I regret it. The wrap had extremely healthy ingredients. It's definitely something you can eat and not feel guilty for having. It was clear that everything was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Honestly, I was surprised by how affordable the prices were considering the quality of the food. You definitely get your money's worth here. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a delicious and healthy meal in a welcoming atmosphere. Read less

I went in there to get a cup of coffee from Savaya but the barista was sick so they had a tiny little note and then when I asked about it, the people at vitality bowls said they couldn't help me with coffee for some reason. I don't know if it's two different businesses, but that's neither here nor there. Kind of a snarky attitude from the clerk and from what I could gather the food is quite pricey. The only thing I ordered was a can of yerba matte since I was expecting caffeinated coffee and that was the only thing I could really get. The atmosphere seems quite stuffy. I witnessed a number of people come in and they just kind of sat there and waited for what seemed like a long time for a smoothie to be made. I just had an air of pretentiousness and on top of it they don't have Wi-Fi. So if you want to plug in to do any work you have to use your odd spot or if you have Cox internet you can use the available internet from the building. Hopefully someday I'll get to come back and order coffee but probably won't even step foot in this building again Read less

I eat at this establishment about 2-3 times a week. I always order the same which is a Chimichurri wrap. Today I received the wrap full of oil and looks like pesto? So much oil the wrapping is soggy. I called after the point of getting back to work, and was told I can bring it back for replacement. Stated I couldn’t and the gentleman processed to tell me that he will make sure it doesn’t happen again? When you pay 29.00 for a smoothie and wrap, the food should be exceptional. With the poor customer service, I will never eat here again. Read less

Went in to order a açaí bowl. Me and another customer were told because they close in 9 minutes they couldn’t make us a bowl because all the utensils were clean. Since this is a franchise, they are required to have certain standards. If the hours are posted, anyone within those hours should be served. I will report them to the franchise owner. Read less
