This company is amazing! My partner and I have trouble finding time to cook at home during the week and we end up ordering out a lot. Ambrosia Meals is our saving grace - the food freezes easily and heats up in just a few minutes. So many of the meal delivery services are mass produced/packages and don't taste great, but Ambrosia meals are so good, even when they've been frozen and thawed. The founder, Lexi, is super helpful in providing the macros, which makes it easy for us to stay on track. These meals are worth every penny! Read less

If you're even thinking about using this company—don’t. There are far too many reputable prepared food services out there to waste your time or money here. The food is genuinely awful, and speaking with Lexi,who I can only assume is either the customer service rep or, frighteningly, the owner, was a masterclass in how not to handle a complaint. She was dismissive, lacked even the most basic problem-solving skills, and made it painfully clear that customer satisfaction is nowhere on their priority list. Ive been a signature meal prep/a La carte customer for about a month with instant results. My original correspondence with Lexi gave me a lot of confidence there would be high touch service and there is. She can immediately differentiate the product vs others in the space that are toxic and obscure the facts. I have my own dietician but her knowledge is apparent in the menu design. The food is very high quality and lasts Tuesday evening through Sunday for me. Nutrition is 80% of the battle especially with weight loss - don’t kid yourself. This service makes accomplishing your goals that much easier. For me it’s a no brainer to achieve a caloric deficit and supplement with other healthy snacks. Read less
