Craig is an icon and the food is PHENOMENAL. Would highly recommend the mac & cheese, which is the best I've had since going vegan (and probably ever, honestly). Long live Bistro Vonish.

The truck sits among two other vegan friendly food trucks and has multiple picnic tables and even a fire pit. Bistro Vonish serves hot apple cider, which is perfect for enjoying by the fire. The menu changes often, but the options offered are always creative, unique, and beautifully plated. Gluten free options are noted on the menu for those with die restrictions.
