Went to Dig Inn for dinner with my aunt and we both tried a few different things. I had the crispy tofu with herb rice, cheesy cauliflower, and tomatoes & cucumbers. The tofu was pretty good as always, though the cauliflower was a bit burnt. My aunt ordered the shredded BBQ beef brisket with herb farro, sheet tray carrots, and farm greens with mint - she really enjoyed the brisket. Update: another NYC trip, another visit to Dig Inn. Verdict? Still delicious and so convenient. My husband and I ordered delivery from this location and our food was delicious! My Custom with Protein bowl was grilled chicken, Parmesan cauliflower, cashew kale, and avocado - everything was so flavorful. My husband was a big fan of his Crispy Tofu Sandwich Combo with Mac & cheese. We would get food from here again, no doubt! The ability to create a custom bowl leaves one with so many possibilities. You can make your own salad bowls, and choose from a wide variety of fresh toppings. I found it hard to choose the toppings, since all of them looked really delicious. 🥦

Healthy. Clean.simple food. Ordered at work and it tasted great. Definitely recommend the chicken sandwich. I loved the pickle and bean salad.

Amazing! Salmon was perfectly crisped and juicy with so much flavor, inside and out. Kale salad was yum but is more for creamy ceaser lovers. Cucumber salad had a mix of really good flavors. And the Brussels sprouts were fantastic! Sweet with a little heat, red onions, and so so much flavor. My whole dish had an array of flavors which excited every taste bud I didn’t know I had.
