Made a purchase, they sent the wrong version. CS said that i selected the wrong one, but that is not the worst part. The pumpkin seeds were over roasted and turn to dust. But they didn't want to talk about that it was all just that I selected the wrong item. I’ve been ordering from Gerbs for about three or four years now after seeking safe products for my food allergies. I’m so happy I found this company because they have been providing me with high quality and safe food that is soooo hard to find elsewhere. I am insanely sensitive to nuts with an anaphylactic response to all nuts and peanuts and I have to be 100% confident with the foods I eat. Gerbs has given me peace of mind with every bite of their products. I get all my grains, seeds, cacao, and dried fruits here and their quality, shipping, and service is always impeccable. I also love that it is a family owned business that CARES and because that is very important to me, it makes my experience with them absolutely delightful. I feel like I’m a part of their family! They often have deals like free shipping for small minimums and periodic discounts on specific products and/or total orders. Our family has numerous food allergies, including peanuts, gluten, and egg. We also have several members with corn allergies. Corn is in nearly everything. For years, we couldn’t get many grains because they were processed on the same equipment as corn, even if they didn’t contain it. When I discovered Gerbs, I was not expecting to love their products as much as I do. Now, we order from them 2–3 times a month. I am able to make bread, muffins, and pancakes with ingredients we get from them. Many take these foods for granted, but in a home with numerous food allergies, these weren’t normal foods for us. Now, we enjoy pancakes on the weekends and homemade bread regularly. Not only has it added a comforting element to our meals, but it’s become a fun family tradition to bake bread together. We ordered several items for baking and for making allergy friendly trail mix. The order arrived in a timely fashion, and all of the items were delicious. We will be ordering again soon!
