I wanted to order an açaí bowl online and had a simple question if their granola contained flaxseeds or chia seeds because I'm allergic. The answer I was given was "I don't know"... well, don't you work there? Maybe read a label? Maybe ask a manager? Maybe at least TRY to find out?? The lazy, I don't give a crap "customer service" attitude these days is so disappointing. Guess I won't be ordering from Nekter. Read less

Despite the last-minute notice, they handled our order with professionalism and confidence, assuring us they could deliver—and they absolutely did! The smoothies were a hit—super fresh, flavorful, and enjoyed by everyone. If you’re planning an event or just craving something delicious, I highly recommend Nekter in Porter Ranch. Welcome to Nékter Juice Bar in Porter Ranch! They opened at the end of January this year, and I was excited to finally stop by and check them out. I had a hard time choosing between one of their delicious-looking açaí bowls and a smoothie, but I ultimately went with the Pink Flamingo. It’s made with dragon fruit (pitaya), strawberries, pineapple, coconut water, and agave nectar—and it tasted just as vibrant and refreshing as it sounds. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to share some of their favorite and top-selling drinks with me. My smoothie was made quickly and was perfect as a grab-and-go treat. While there aren’t indoor or outdoor dining options, it’s still a great spot to swing by for something healthy and delicious. I’m so happy to have a place like this in the neighborhood! Read less
