I call on Chef Tra, The Garden of Vegan whenever I’m in the area. I live in Pennsylvania. The food is amazing. The service is impeccable. Being Vegan, it’s comforting to know you can depend on a great tasting meal. The Vegan Monte Cristo with ‘joos’ for dipping on the side has become my favorite. Lentil loaf -BBQ, Jambalaya, kale salad, sweet potato soufflé….Need I say more. Read less
