First of all the main points I need to make is the food is delicious and Dasha is by far your best employee!!! So we came for the first time close to close, however the staff was still friendly and the food and drinks came quickly. However because i couldn’t stop thinking about the mozzarella sticks, I needed to come back! Unfortunately this time the service was very much lacking. We were seated with water immediately but no one came by again for another 15 plus minutes- even after trying to wave people down. Eventually a woman came to get our order. She asked us to repeat what we wanted multiple times and seemed confused. We waited for quite some time before finally receiving our entrees. Appetizer (delicious mozzarella sticks) never received. We informed Dasha who had brought us our food that we don’t think they were ever even rang in. And that my boyfriend had also received the wrong burger. We were apologized to and offered a partial comp of our meal. We appreciated that and went on to order a couple more drinks with Dasha. This time my Hugo spritz actually came correct and not with an orange slice. Our original server only ever returned to try to get us to pay (before w even finished our food) she also told us she could not comp what was originally promised and there was nothing she could do about it. I said fine, but how can I only tip Dasha - because she is the only one who deserves it and the only reason we had a half decent experience! She left and never returned. We were told Dasha was training which I find incredibly hard to believe and if it is, amazing. She deserves to be recognized for her hard work and kind spirit. We will return because of her! Visiting from Northern Virginia, I was incredibly impressed by the dining experience in New York City. The food was outstanding, and I was especially thrilled to find a dedicated gluten-free restaurant. It’s rare to dine out without having to explain dietary restrictions or worry about cross-contamination, but here, everything was handled with care and confidence. The lobster ravioli was absolutely delicious, and my daughter’s chicken Parmesan with freshly made gluten-free spaghetti was equally exceptional. Our server, Kathy, was wonderful, attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! Read less

False advertising. They don’t make their ‘famous’ pizza crust on the spot, they use pre-made pizza pies (cauliflower one’s). There would be nothing wrong with using ready-made dough if they didn’t claim in the menu that they make their “famous” crust themselves. That sets certain expectations for quality. When asked about the dough, the waiter first didn’t know whether it was made in-house or not, and then suddenly claimed it wasn’t frozen - as if that justified the fact it wasn’t theirs to begin with. The same kind of crust can be found in other places like that openly admit they don’t make it on-site, and at least they’re honest about it. I asked for a glass of wine, but it was brought to the table already poured, so I had no idea what I was actually drinking. Meanwhile, my partner ordered a beer and it was poured into a glass right in front of us, as it should be. The place has potential, and I was happy that celiacs can have their own nice spot, but it feels more like a “reheat joint” than a real restaurant. Fries were just awful. Sorry, I can’t recommend it.
