We came in on a busy Friday afternoon and the line was quite long. When we got to the counter we were greeted and she apologized that they have a lot of online orders so it would be a few moments…no problem . The whole team didn’t miss a beat and had very good attitudes even though they were so busy. The food was great as always and I can’t say enough about how well they worked as a team. Great Job!! I’m so bummed! This was my favorite place in Grand Rapids and was great when it first opened in Grand Haven. It’s gone way downhill. The last three times we ordered here it wasn’t great. We had nearly raw quinoa last time and about four pieces of chicken in our bowls. This time we ordered and paid for a large bowl and got a very small regular bowl. Smaller than the actual regular bowl we ordered with it. Steak taco was very fatty and chewy. I don’t think we will be going back any time soon. :( Read less
