DIG - From the Farm to Your Plate, Consistently Good Returning to DIG in New York was a treat I had been anticipating since my last visit, and it did not disappoint. The farm-to-table concept is something I truly appreciate, and DIG continues to deliver on that promise with fresh, wholesome ingredients straight from the farm to your plate. The food was as excellent as I remembered, with just a few small differences from my last visit, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. The quality and flavor remain top-notch, giving that comforting feel of eating something natural and health-conscious. If you’re looking for simple, delicious food that makes you feel good about what you’re eating, DIG is still one of the best spots to hit in New York. Whether you’re a fan of their bowls, roasted vegetables, or seasonal dishes, the freshness and quality stand out. It’s always nice to return to a place that maintains its standards, and DIG proves that with every meal. Read less
