I found nirvana. Not only can I get ingredients to learn to make Turkish and Afghani dishes, like pide and mantu, but I can sit back and enjoy some of the best meat shawarma (Arabic style, in a grilled pita wrap with French fries!) I've EVER tasted. Hana is the lovely lady who helped us. We wished we could convey how much we enjoyed her food and hospitality. We'll just have to keep coming back and work our way down the menu (I'm curious about Turkish coffee). I was able to find most of the ingredients, including sujuk, for the pide I've been experimenting with in the kitchen. Get a table near the window for some sunshine and bliss. The orange soda from overseas reminded me of when I was a little girl with my grandma in Sonyuri, South Korea. I felt every long-lost memory. Read less
