Vegetarian reviewer: I ordered a Thai basil fried rice. I specifically didn’t order from the other Thai restaurant nearby coz I like my fried rice to not have eggs. I was pretty excited, paid ~ $22 for this meal (added extra tofu). However, this place was nothing but disappointment for the price and quality. The food tasted fine - but it was extremely greasy (understand it is fried rice, but still). Less veggies and there were like two basil leaves - basically not what one would expect. Well, now comes the packaging, for this premium price why would you not pack it in a compostable box, but a styrofoam box with foil paper in it. I was not happy with the wastage created - also a compostable box would have absorbed some oil which would have helped me and this review. Unfortunately, I would only probably not recommend this place so much, if you’re looking for worth of your money and healthy or wholesome options. Otherwise, this restaurant is conveniently located in the downtown / restaurant / shopping area. Plenty of parking spots and pretty close to Horseshoe bend (one of my favorites from the trip :) ) Read less

Found out about the 18% mandatory gratuity after we were seated with our waters and I found out while perusing the menu. It is in fine print at the bottom of one of the pages on the menu. The staff did not bring it up when they came by telling us about what was not available that evening. Thought it would be rude to leave by then so I opted to stay. Bad decision. Food was super salty. We had fried rice and noodles. The rice had decent 'wok-hei' but it was spoilt by the saltiness. The noodles was horrible with way too much dark sauces. Having lived in South East Asia for decades, I would call this food AT BEST "Thai-influenced" and not "Thai". Serving sub-par food is one thing but it is not okay to slap a mandatory gratuity of 18%. And we were only a group of 2. On top of that there was a 3% credit card fee. So it's a total of 21%. OUCH...and for bad food. Read less

They charge an automated and mandatory 18% gratuity, in addition to a 3% credit card surcharge -- beware. The 18% is stated in the menu's fine print but it was not on every page and we did not notice it while ordering, and it was not otherwise communicated. The food was overly salty, and noodles were hard. Pineape fried rice was okay but wish it was a lot less salty. The tom kha was not at all authentic but at least it wasn't too salty. Stay away unless you are prepared to pay the 18% + 3% fees. Read less

I have been a couple times now and can’t wait to go back. I usually get the drunken noodle or Pad Thai and some sushi to share, which is always delicious but this time I tried the Janjangyeon and moshi ice creams for desert. They were both very tasty and I am glad I took a chance. The boba and passion fruit moshis were my favorite Read less
