Loved the authentic taste of South Indian (Tamil) vegetarian cuisine at this place. You can scan the QR code outside to get into the waiting list which I found very convenient. I ordered Masala Dosa and there were 4 chutneys, 1 sabji and 1 sambar served with it which was very tasty. My husband ordered the Thali (Namma Ooru Saapadu) which had very tasty and authentic dishes served. Highly recommend this cafe. Read less

I really love the food and the service. I also like that they play good Tamil songs. I just wish they would lower the volume a bit so that it is easier to talk to people.

This places serves authentic South Indian food ! I ordered a bunch and was blown away ! Reasonably priced for the quantity. Good luck Kovai Cafe !

I enjoyed a dosa and uthappam and one other dish that the waiter recommended. The chutneys were delicious, as well. The waiter was able to answer all my questions about the vegan options.

Very crowded and very compact . $17 for a meal and the quantity and variety doesn’t justify.

Fresh food, authentic recipes, service with a smile and efficient. The cafe is clean and I’ve been seated immediately each time I went in. Keep it up!
