My husband tried it with me and after a bite ended up eating half of my food ☺️ The to-go orders are packed well. My food was hot and the noodles were not overcooked by the time I got it to my hotel. I went with their Original Miso. The presentation was beautiful, and the broth and noodles were spot on--rich, flavorful, and comforting. It legit reminded me of the ramen I had in Japan. The ramen broth was too salty, and there weren't enough vegetables or flavor. The Spicy Roasted Miso Avocado roll was also overly salty and lacked flavor.

One of the best vegetarian- and vegan-friendly Japanese spots I've ever been to! Especially for a strip-mall-hole-in-the-wall place, the ambience is pure class - dim lights, great music, cozy vibes. There's a good selection on the menu, with all options being vegetarian/vegan. The Roasted Miso Avocado Roll, Yuzu Sesame Ramen and Red Hot Miso Ramen (truly hot!) were so delicious - complex, sophisticated flavors. The way the ramen is served to you is a pretty cool experience - it was new to us.
