It was good, but not all it was hyped up to be as far as the reviews were. Maybe the reviews set my expectations too high? A bit pricey

Ryan, the owner, has created something truly special at this Rosemont location. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and friendly team members who clearly take pride in what they do. The food….Outstanding. Everything is made fresh to order, and you can taste the difference. Juicy burgers, crisp toppings, perfect fries. The kind of meal that hits the spot in every way. Couldn’t leave without snapping a pic in front of the awesome mural on the side of the building. Such a cool touch that shows the personality and pride behind the place. Gluten free friendly. The fryer is gluten free but they use soybean oil. [Adding this part after owner replied. The staff was great and more than willing to help out. They were accommodating and supportive. Edwardo and Mackenzie are top notch employees just like the others. No hard feelings with them. ] The food is expensive and plain. I know grassfed is good and not as cheap as conventional meat but this is through the roof. The fries are $5+ per portion which is crazy expensive. They are cooked fine but just not worth the price. The quality is okay. Nothing special. The service is great. Friendly and considerate. However, they did not know some basic things about the food- like what they use on the grill and the ingredients to make it gluten free. Read less

The little gem has amazing food! The burgers were well done and the sweet potato fries were light and crispy. The service was fast and the host was very respectful!!

Customer service is above and beyond- after a delivery driver never brought the order Ryan personally delivered our order to the children’s hospital where we were staying with a sick kiddo.
