This place is hard to see from the street so you might miss it if you drive by. It’s next to the gas station on the corner. I had the taco dinner with steak. The meat was very good and the salsa was unique and tasty. The prices are reasonable and service was fast. This is worth trying out if you want good tacos and such. They do take out, but have plenty of seating if you eat in. The chips and salsa were above average, so it’s worth it. Read less

The food is so tasty! Finally a Mexican restaurant in Elgin that has flavor!

Mr. Cesar’s is an amazing spot, the food is scrumptious and the price makes it taste even better. They got great service and a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely recommend it
