While visiting from Virginia, this was the one place on my list. We ordered one of each entree on the menu because everything sounded good. The quesadilla with beat hummus, figs, vegan feta, and pecans was truly a standout menu item that I'll be trying to recreate at home. We also had a Cubana sandwich, sweet potato mole enchiladas, and my husband wanted the burrito. I had hoped to have the nachos but they weren't on the menu this time. We still enjoyed everything and agreed the quesadilla was our favorite. The horchata was also delicious. I think my husband ordered both of ours with a shot of cold brew. I think we might have missed out not ordering dessert. I didn't get to check out the ambiance because I waited in the car with a sleepy toddler and Pepe helped my husband get the food out to the car. Finally got to try the famous Pepe's Bistro and the hype is real! I had the nachos and they were amazingggg. Definitely a Lincoln gem.

Nothing short of amazing. I always get the curry taco bowl and asked for one of their burritos to be made as a bowl… No problem! Everything he makes is so good. Pepe is the best!
