I have tried this establishment twice. The first time I did not enjoy my food but figured it may have been an off day since the other reviews are rated pretty high. I gave it another try but ordered my food to go this time around. I ordered the Chumichurri Seitan, Lion's Mane Orange Bites with Coconut Rice, and the Banana Souffle with vanilla ice cream. The Seitan wasn't good at all, the texture was rubbery and appeared over cooked and it was pretty tasteless. The Lion's Mane was ok. The rice was flavorful but the mushrooms could've been more crispy and less soggy and more sauce could've been added. The Souffle was really good. My only complaint is the ice cream was priced a bit high for what you get. It was a $6 additional fee for ice cream and I received one small scoop. I'm not sure if I'd try this place again as both times, the food wasn't that great but hopefully the owner and chef take the feedback constructively to better their business and customer's experience, as we definitely need more successful vegan restaurants in this area. Such an incredible meal. Everything was to die for. The seitan, the roasted cauliflower, the lentil salad, the banana souffle with the cashew ice cream, I genuinely can't wait to go back
