This is the 2nd time in about a month Ive gone to this Taco Bell and they have messed my order up. I clearly stated I wanted NO SOUR CREAM, NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO on my Crunchwrap surpreme and once again they messed my item up. My taco that came with my box was stale. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service, employee conduct, and cleanliness at your Taco Bell location. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the unacceptable level of dirtiness. The dining area had several uncleared tables, food debris on the floor, and sticky surfaces. The restrooms were also in a deplorable state, which raises serious concerns about hygiene standards. The issues continued with the incredibly slow service. Despite a moderate number of customers, the wait time for my order was excessive. This was compounded by the rude and unhelpful attitude of your employees. When I finally reached the counter, the person taking my order seemed disengaged and spoke to me in a dismissive tone. There was no apology for the wait, nor any attempt to make the experience more pleasant. Other employees I observed also appeared to be more interested in socializing amongst themselves than serving customers. This experience was truly disappointing and falls far short of the standards I expect from Taco Bell. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address these issues promptly to prevent similar experiences for other customers. Read less

Slow. Screwed up the order. Dude threw the bag of food at us, after he asked if here or to go? I said here, duh, why it's in a bag? Rude employees, all of them. Scrappy food, scrappy service, scrappy atmosphere. Employees hanging in dining area playing on phones. Never will return. Used to like this place, over 20 years. Gone to the crapper now. Read less

This taco bell is terrible, dont know why i try to go to this location. Who slaps a taco together and throws it in the bag. It was so sloppy that it disgusted me. I went back thru and asked for it to be made. It was also supposed to be a supreme. I couldn't tell it was supreme. I could see tomatoes but no sour cream. The manager even looked at it and had to be rude and said it was a supreme. I said we'll its messy and didn't see the sour cream. She should have said I am sorry let me remake it. Not sit there and argue about it. How is that going to help people come back and buy more food if you get sloppy tacos. Then on top of that the food was cold. Like food is supposed to be hot. This locations sucks. Lack of customer care. The only care was the nice male cashier taken my money to pay for the food that was slapped together, it wasnt even wrapped . The second one didnt look better then the first. I am not a big fan of taco bell. Presentation of the food and act like you care about your customers and your job goes a long ways. The food was awful. We ordered soft taco supremes at ~8:00 PM and no one could finish them. I love Taco Bell and fully appreciate that, even by the standards of fast-food, the food is never high quality. However, the taco meat was inedible, though I don't think it had gone bad. It just wasn't flavored and seemed old. If you want Taco Bell while on this stretch of I-40, wait a few more miles past this exit. I don't know if that franchise is any better, but it could not possibly be worse Read less
