Used to really like this place! Food is great, but every pickup or delivery order of the last 6 has been really messed up. Ordering in person works because you walk through the line as they put it together. But put the same order in for pick up and it’s rolling the dice on what you get. This last order they completely forgot half of the base. Will have to find another ‘healthy’ lunch spot. Read less

Roots is my all time favorite! The food is always so fresh. My personal favorite is the Pesto Caesar. Can't wait to return.

Roots is amazing! Bowls are fresh, can easily customize the bowls, fast and friendly. Best beets and roasted sweet potatoes!

The food is pretty good, but only when the employees decide to include your sauces that you requested on the side. Isaiah told me to STOP ordering from Uber eats delivery if I want Roots to be able to correct my incorrect orders in the future. What I actually want is my order to be correct when it’s delivered ✅ It would be awesome if the employees could be trained to read the “confusing” order tickets from Uber Eats, that way they aren’t messing up a 30 dollar bowl . I think the training can happen, and hopefully soon, as this is not the first time my sauces have been messed up via uber eats delivery. See attached photo. Who wants to separate out their sauces? This was a messy process that could’ve been avoided by using 2 sauce containers . I think they have the funds for materials. Additionally: ISAIAH: if you request us order through the roots website, you better have a comparable delivery fee to Uber Eats. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the delivery fee from your restaurant is $11.40, Uber eats was $.49. You’ve got an absolute insane rationale for excusing your team’s mistakes and then trying to get customers to use your website to safeguard their order in the future. I know a cash grab when I see one, and your sauces not included on the side is a shy example compared to your website delivery fee. I won’t be ordering from here again. Read less

The place is clean and decorated lovely. The service is always great giving me some samples, but I feel like that I am eating a bowl of plain and healthy workout food. Also, it is weird to mix rice with a lot of salad leaves. Anyway, their dishes taste pretty fresh and healthy, especially sweet potatoes. It must be a good place for ppl who work out. Read less
