Kyoto Kinen matcha, Ginger Fig sandwich cookies, and Thai Milk Tea. So glad to have finally come across a real tea shop. Loved the vibe of this place, and loved those ginger cookies even more. Both Teas tasted like tea and not watered down sweeteners. My partner added CBD to her matcha which is optional for drinks that show a cross symbol on the menu. The Thai milk tea did not use dyes for the orange color and they also use sugar milk instead of sweet condensed milk. 10/10 Read less
Dobrá Tea is a phenomenal tea shop. I’ve been a few times now. The drinks and vegan fare are fairly priced.

Best chai in the UNITED STATES. Also the most unique iced tea house blends
This is such a great place to go and chill. So many delicious tea options. My chai was awesome! You ring a bell at your table to place your order.

At first, I was a big fan of this place. it has a cozy atmosphere and the tea and food is high quality. But as you spend more time (and money) you begin to see another side- a side of an apathetic business and staff that is not focused on taking care of customers. Here are my personal gripes (not in any empirical order) 1. The staff are overwhelmingly unfriendly and unhelpful. If you have ever been to a non english speaking European country and had any interaction with locals there, you can imagine how it is here. They primarily talk to each other, and when you force a question or request on them they treat you in a condescending way. It is just not a friendly atmosphere that fosters community. I have had multiple negative staff interactions 2. Small (coffee shop/teahouse) necessities just are not functional to the professional standard that they should be. For example, there are three wifi networks that all are malfunctional in some kind of way, often not connecting. I have often resorted to my hotspot. When you ask the staff for assistance, they treat you like a child, often just repeating the network password and walking away. See point 1. Another example is there are very few outlets, also not conducive to doing work. 3. Prepare to be overcharged for tea leaves and hot water. Overall, I just kind of leave feeling a bit worse than I came in, which is very disappointing as I love Pittsburgh small businesses. With some simple adjustments however (including staff), this has great potential to be a cozy place with great tea. Read less
I had the spiced indian chai, and my partner got one of the pu'er teas, both were absolutely amazing and served in the nicest pottery. I could stay here all day and try teas. Amazing place!
