We had an awesome time at Mellow Mushroom. The food was great, but what really made the experience stand out was our server, Silas. He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and hit that perfect balance of checking in without hovering. Silas clearly knew the menu well and gave us some solid recommendations. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a good time. Just a really chill, positive vibe overall—he made the night better. We’ll definitely be back! Read less
