Well the good was the server, she was very sweet and tried her hardest. The food was a mixed bag, the tacos had good flavor but the the tortillas were useless… they fell apart by the time I picked up the taco and made a mess. The breakfast burrito was good but the salsa it came with was weird it tasted like a marinara sauce or tomato paste… for our side we ordered the loaded potato’s but got regular breakfast potato’s. So all in 3.5/5 stars might be back just cause it’s close to the house Read less

Let me first say, I am a diehard Flying Biscuit patron. This must have been an off day because it took a while to be waited on after we were seated. But I think what took the cake was waiting an hour from sitting down to ordering to getting our food. Once we got the food, my food wasnt correct but I was starving and didn't want to seemingly bother a server who was literally running around everywhere. Hoping this was just a one time issue. Chicken sausage gravy was surprisingly good considering it didn't have pork! Shay was kind, patient and helpful. We got the early bird special. My mom and I ate for under $25.

Service was great. The hostess welcomed us promptly and showed us to our table. Our waitress, Vanessa, promptly greeted us and took our drink order while we reviewed the menu. She was very polite and very attentive constantly checking on us. The food was very good. The only criticism is that that it lacked seasoning. The restaurant is very colorful and clean, a great way to start the day. Read less
