Had a great dining experience here. The martini was the espresso one called Up All Night, and it was excellent. Very smooth and full of flavor. We got the nachos with chicken and they were a generous portion, excellent fresh flavor. Wife ordered the Cheesesteak Banh Mi and loved it. I ordered the Southwest Cobb in a wheat wrap with chicken. With how many memories I’ve made here over the years, I’m genuinely surprised I never even thought to leave a review. From small celebrations, to dates, to brunch gatherings with friends and so much more, I have experienced over 12 years of my time and memories with Home Grown and can safely say it’s my favourite place to be. The food is consistently spectacular, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is perfectly casual. Any time I have a new friend visit from out of area, this is one of the first places I take them. They don’t have an overly-complex menu, but they accommodate for pretty much every dietary restriction you can think of. A vast selection of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and omnivore options makes Home Grown a top choice for dining. The menu for both drinks and food rotates seasonally, so there’s always something new to try even if you go frequently. If you’re looking for a recommendation, I almost always get the buffalo cauliflower. Their salads are very well balanced, the burgers are great, and I’d definitely recommend going out of your comfort zone and trying something seasonal. Home Grown is truly the crown gem of Delaware. Went for a girls brunch with my daughter and had a fantastic time. Had gluten free french toast and salmon toast, Food was excellent as was our server. Great drinks too!

Must try the salads! Apple salad and Caesar salad were perfect mix of flavors and perfect portion. Huevos rancheros killed it. Great decor and atmosphere! We will be back! Read less
