I absolutely love Vegan Pastry Lab! I've been coming here since they first opened—shoutout to my best friend for putting me on! As someone who’s both gluten and lactose intolerant, it can be tough finding treats that taste amazing, but this place delivers every time. My go-to is the salted chocolate chip cookie (truly addictive), but the surprise favorite for me has been the peanut butter and jam bar—absolutely to die for. I never expected to love it as much as I do, but now I crave it all the time. The only downside? They’re closed on Mondays & Tuesdays, which of course is when my sweet tooth always hits! I also do wish there were a few more gluten-free options on the menu. That said, what they do have is so good, it keeps me coming back. They also offer a great selection of other snacks, vegan ice cream, and fun little trinkets I still need to try. If you’re looking for gluten-free, dairy-free, or just straight-up delicious baked goods, Vegan Pastry Lab is a must. Highly recommend! Read less

Everything is delicious, and my crew loves everything I find at Vegan Pastry Lab: croissants, cheese cake in various outrageously delicious options, brownies everyone can eat worry-free, and even a variety of cheeses that taste great! Vegan Pastry Lab is one of our favorite places to go to. Everyone at home is obsessed with it. We end up spending so much money every time we visit because we just want everything they have to offer. My husband and I are gluten-free, and the gluten-free vegan treats never disappoint. We love their "cheesecake," their PB & J Bars, their Brownies, their cupcakes, their cookies, they SCONES (I just discovered these), literally everything. My girls are obsessed with the cinnamon rolls, the croissants, we literally cannot get enough of this place. The people that own the place and work there are all super sweet.
