Our favorite vegan pizza place by far and today it just got better. I decided to order their Italian salad and we also ordered a fungi pizza. We have had each of their pizza offerings which are excellent, but this one happens to be our favorite. It is a mix of local mushrooms, cashew cheese and vegan. Parm served on their perfect crust. The salad is a local spring mix. Black cherry tomatoes, red onion, green olives, chopped pistachios, fresh herbs, sourdough croutons, and an in-house made roasted garlic vinaigrette. The tomatoes were fairly large sized so I recommend cutting them up. They give you an ample amount of dressing and for me I like to pour it on and then toss it inside the container which worked out perfectly this was a Really good salad, and we decided to be a little creative after eating one slice of the pizza each we put a little bit of the salad on top of the pizza and wow this is going to happen every time we come here it was so good. You’ll see in the pictures and videos from the blackbird days until now they’ve always had the best vegan pizza always consistent. We had a dessert vegan chocolate ice cream that was made out of cashews and chocolate sprinkles. We call them Jimmy’s in Philadelphia is also was made in house and was done perfectly not super sweet, but the chocolate was so good. What a treat. We have lived nearby for a year and finally tried 20th Street last week. I picked it up for the third time for lunch today. The pizza is legit and is so good. We are not vegetarian and still, this may be our favorite pizza place. Every time I’ve gone inside, the staff have been super friendly. We will be back many times. Read less

Not vegan myself, but went here with my vegan girlfriend and was very impressed with the pizza. I've never had vegan cheese that was as good as dairy cheese, but this came as close as anything, and the dough and sauce were both fantastic. The staff was very friendly, and most importantly they had Judas Priest playing in the restaurant for a perfect ambiance. Would recommend. Read less
