The food was excellent but the waitress was extremely rude. Was irritated when we requested napkins and condiments that she never brought per our request. Informed us that 20% gratuity is automatically calculated but could remove if requested. When we requested it to be removed so we could give our own estimate, she became extremely irrate and doing this in front of other customers. While she went to recalculate our bill we still proceeded to gather the gratuity which came out to be more than what was originally billed, she came back and proceeded to talk to us irrate and carrying on in front of other customers. The waitresses need more training on customer service and poise...this made the atmosphere extremely uncomfortable and I will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone. Read less

More than an hour for food. Server did not offer refills, and they add gratuity to the check for horrible food and service. Disgusting all the way around. I do not recommend wasting money here. I was a little disappointed with my order. I ordered the shrimp scampi, which it is known to have garlic, butter, and olive oil. It had oil of some kind and a lot of onions. It came with penne noodles instead of linguine. There were only six shrimp in the dinner. For a $22 dinner, no rolls, and no side, I felt it wasn't worth the cost. Considering, I could have bought a pound of steamed shrimp at another restaurant for $19. The service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was nice. Read less

Middle of the road restaurant. Had a late lunch. Food isn’t standout but it wasn’t bad either. If you’re not an adventurous eater and don’t need to be wowed, just fed, this is a decent place for you.

Great food and friendly people. Lots of Beatles memorabilia. Have been there many times and always loved it.
