I love pho soups and decided to try this restaurant for the first time. So I paid about $14 for the 16oz noodle soup and gave a $2 tip, with sales tax and "county tax", $16.94 out the door. The broth was good but lacked in flavor. There were a couple of tiny pieces of cheap hard steak in there that didn't cook long enough. They charged $1 for 2 little pieces of lime and $1 for egg noodles. Conclusion: lunch cost me $17 and for the quality of the food, I feel I was ripped off. I will never order from this place again. I'm used to ordering the beef stew noodle pho soup from Pho Viet for $16, and it's much bigger and it comes with several chunks of beef plus the sprouted beans and lime and basil at no extra charge. And it tastes 100 times better. If you're the owner and you happen to read my review, you might want to rethink your business model. I know times are hard but for $17 bucks, I can get much better food and significantly larger quantities elsewhere in town. Restaurant business makes money off repeat customers. Read less

Very tasty food I’ve been going to the other location for 30 years and I believe this one’s better.
Jacob was an amazing server and chef! Food came out perfectly spiced and delicious! This is our new favorite Asian spot!

Ordered on an app and picked up. The young man who helped me was polite and well mannered. I told him it was my first time trying it out, and he gave me the rundown of the place and both locations. Honestly the fried rice was the best I have had ever came across. It has a wonderful Thai heat to it. The fresh spring rolls were great I just wish it had more tofu in them. The peanut dipping sauce was flavorful and creamy. I’m excited to go back and try again since they were all out of their chocolate cake which was highly recommended to me! Read less

First-time customer, and extremely disappointed. We ordered takeout for a birthday dinner celebration, including a 32-ounce yellow curry, spring rolls, and a drink. However, when we got home, we discovered that the curry container was only half full—meaning we received significantly less than what we paid for. I understand that restaurants sometimes run out of ingredients at the end of the night, but the right thing to do would have been to inform us at the time of pickup, offer an alternative, or adjust the price accordingly. Instead, we were charged full price ($20 for the curry alone) without being told that we were only receiving half of what we ordered. That’s not a mistake—that’s either deception or sheer disregard for customers. When I called to report the issue, the manager was polite but dismissive, offering a discount on a future order. Fine—I gave them another chance. Three days later, I called back to place another order and mentioned the situation. The staff acknowledged what had happened but excused it by saying they sometimes “run out of vegetables.” We paid for chicken, too—so where was that? Then came the insulting offer: a mere 15% discount—with an extra 3% if I paid in cash. That’s it? After being charged full price for half a meal? That’s not customer service—that’s just bad business. To make matters worse, the employee on the phone brought up an unrelated issue—suggesting that because we asked for an unsweetened hibiscus tea instead of the default sweetened version, that somehow made us less deserving of a reasonable resolution. What does that have to do with us being shorted on our meal? This is not how you treat customers, especially first-time customers who might have become regulars. Instead, we’re taking our business elsewhere, and I’d strongly advise others to do the same. If you order takeout from here, check your food before you leave—because they certainly won’t tell you if they shortchange you. Read less
