After weaving through sweaty crowds, dodging dirty Elmos and chubby Spidermans in Times Square, we found ourselves at a sleek, plant-based oasis tucked behind a modest entrance on 37th Street. The staff are very kind and empaths. They check on you before you realize you needed the help. The restrooms are so cute and hip. Inside? Modern, intimate, and stylish. The vibe was perfect for a date night, and the food? Next-level vegan creativity. We ordered multiple sushi rolls, the tuna tartar, and the ube cheesecake—each dish was a knockout. The taro chips were crispy and addictive, and the Korean chick’n had us questioning reality. For the price (check that receipt!), it felt like a fine dining experience without the pretension. I have to tell you I was highly impressed! This was my first visit and I was with family and to say that each of us enjoyed every item we ordered would be an understatement. It was a pleasant experience. I would be remiss if I did not mention, I personally dined on the brisket and my hat goes off to the chef who crafted this amazing dish!
