I got the Beyond Vegan Quesadilla, and it was fire! It was also all they had on the menu, but that was perfectly fine. I love their take on a quesadilla and I have never had refried garbanzo beans. I have had loads of hummus, but this was deliciously different. The staff was really friendly and I had a short wait to get something so delicious. I also love how this place also does pre-made ready-to-go meals. Just take it home, heat it up, and enjoy. I look forward to returning and trying something else out. Read less

Only a walk and short bus ride away from LAX, you'll find a gem of a place with stellar vegan options and delicious juices. Expect very well seasoned flavorful dishes. I was blown away by the Garbanzo Beans served alongside the jackfruit tacos and rice with mango salsa. They were so good, I was not expecting that much flavor. The jackfruit was hearty, juicy, and generous. On my way out, I grabbed one of their juices and was glad I did because it was amazing. I went a second time on another layover and tried the crabcakes since they were sold out the first time. It comes with greens and rice. Another hearty, soul warming meal that did not disappoint. I also tried another juice that was equally delicious . Definitely check them out. I will surely be back on future trips to LA. Read less

The jackfruit crab cakes are absolutely scrumptious at Beyond Vegan! They have an amazing texture, flavor and crispiness on the outside!!! My new favorite!
