Visited on Sep 30, 2024. Loved what I got for my first time here! Beet Crunch Salad, $16: well balanced for texture and flavor. I would have like to have the coconut bacon a tad bigger so they don't get stuck between my teeth, similar for pecans to solidified the "crunch" in its name. The pickled celery was a surprise winner here and truly brought everything together! Green Dream Smoothie, $10.5: I substituted almond milk for oat milk and almond butter for pecan butter and I enjoyed it. The orange gave a bit more of a zesty taste than I expected it. Attentive service staff asked to make sure I wanted to substitute pecan butter for almond butter since I asked for oat milk instead. I am allergic to almond. Super nice and quiet indoor sitting. It's the same entrance as the Root Whole Body Spa. I didn't ask if they're under the same ownership. I got asked if I was a member of the spa when I placed my order. Perhaps there's a discount. Will definitely come back for other items on their menu. It's sure pricey and out of my way driving here from SE part of town; it's worth it for me personally since my mission this fall is to checkout as much plant based, vegan, vegetarian spots as possible. Note: the images don’t seem to match the current dining area; I think they’ve moved. The new location is next to a spa, it will take you a second to figure out how to get inside, when looking at it from the street. Read less
