I’ve always been a fan of Brixx, but today’s experience was disappointing. We ordered a pizza and a salad with added chicken. When the salad arrived, the chicken was missing. Not a huge deal, we were willing to eat it as-is, until we found a hair in it. The waitress apologized and promptly brought out a new salad, which we appreciated. However, when we went to pay, we noticed the original salad was listed as “goodwill removed,” but then it appeared to be added back onto the receipt. We asked the waitress about it, and she apologized again, saying the manager was supposed to remove it. She returned and said the manager had taken care of it, but the charge was still on the bill. At that point, we didn’t argue. We weren’t looking for a free meal, but with multiple mistakes and finding hair in the food, we expected the situation to be handled more professionally. I went to Brixx Wood Fired Pizza in Greenville with my girlfriend and her parents. We were in the mood for some Italian food and thought this place would be a great spot after seeing the positive reviews online. The place looked nice and had a good atmosphere, so we were excited to try it out. I’m someone who really enjoys pizza and has tried it at many different places, so I was looking forward to this meal. But to be honest, the food was just okay at best. The pizza looked decent when it came out, but the flavor just wasn’t there. I could barely taste the sauce or the ingredients. There was nothing that really stood out. The crust was fine, but it couldn’t make up for the lack of taste in the rest of the pizza. Funny enough, the only thing I sort of liked was the bruschetta, and even that wasn’t anything special. It was just the best thing in a meal that overall didn’t live up to the expectations we had. We were all pretty disappointed. Maybe others have had better experiences, but for us, it just didn’t deliver. If you do try it, I’d honestly be curious to hear if you found the flavor we were missing. Read less

We ordered late night take out. The service was quick and the food was great! Only draw.back is after a certain time the menu becomes limited.
