Average food. Was super taunting trying to find the restaurant, only saw a sign at the back that said to call them to pick up the food. As a tourist, I had to spend $5 on international call credits just to pick up an order. No cutlery too, which baffled me, and I had to order from another restaurant to ask for additional cutlery. Great health food menu. I had to get my items to go but it would have been great to sit down and enjoy. I got the macro bowl with brown rice, vegetables, kale, red beans, hijito, pickles, daikon sprouts with a mild carrot sauce. The matcha chia pudding was tasty but the matcha granola was especially small in the to go order. Good overall. Read less

Easy parking in the front or in the back. Friendly service and multiple registers to help you when it gets busy. Try the new big macro burger, which actually tasted like a filet of fish sandwich from McDonald’s . Hahah The burger was a whole grain & vegetable meatless patty/ vegan provolone / special sauce / lettuce for $16.25 but not sure if I would get it again because I was still starving after: but the red beet poke was awesome! This restaurant has been around for over 10 years and still offers tasty macrobiotic eats. They have a good amount of outdoor sitting in front of the restaurant. Parking offered but very small, better to park on street and walk over. Staff friendly, food is fresh. Looking forward to post covid for the inside communal table. Read less

TL;DR: Great vegan options, nice and helpful employees, and a really nice aesthetic to the store. All around I would recommend checking this place out. I came in for a quick drink in the evening and ordered a Nourishing Latte. It definitely tasted unique, unlike any other latte I've ever had which is by no means a bad thing. I actually enjoyed it more than I expected to when reading it on the menu. Speaking of the menu, it is very unique as far as cafes go. Just about everything on the menu is something you can't find anywhere else and that alone justifies repeat visits just to try and see how everything is. One other thing that I didn't see other reviews talk about is the availability of other Japanese products for sale such as tea leaves and dashi packets. So if you're looking to make anything like that at home, or want to buy it as a gift for someone else, this place is not a bad place to take a look at! Finally, the people running the place are super chill. I had some trouble understanding the menu and what I wanted but the person running the register was really patient with me and walked me through the options. All around swell place! Read less
